Move Flo to the podium to receive the first wave of customers. Chat with the customers until six bookworms arrive.

Wait until six bookworms arrive, then seat all customers. Take a drink order from the first table seated.

Bring the drink order for the first table, then take all other tables' orders. Return to the podium until the food is ready.

Pass out the orders, then cycle around the diner wiping up any spills. Pass out desserts only to the tables that demand them.

Return to the podium to talk to customers. Do not seat any more customers yet.

Do one circuit to pass out checks and a second circuit to collect dishes and wipe down tables.

Seat the second wave of customers and follow the same pattern as above: one drink, all orders, serve and wipe, desserts, checks and cleaning. Remember to return to the podium between jobs to talk to customers so no one leaves.

Repeat the same strategy as above for the third wave of customers. This time, do not serve any desserts until the table of lovebirds are ready for their dessert. The other customers will wait. Return to the podium and talk to customers until the third wave has left.

Seat the fourth wave of customers using the same strategy as the first two waves. There is no need to return to the podium for this wave, so you can take the fourth wave a little faster for a bonus to your score.
